About the Role

JAL International Co. Ltd. is seeking a Project Management Specialist to join their team in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, providing support across various project phases to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.

Role Overview

The Project Management Specialist supports the planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and reporting of projects. The primary objective is to ensure that all project activities are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved scope, quality standards, and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Support Project Managers in planning and executing projects from initiation through completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, action plans, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Monitor project progress against approved schedules, budgets, scope, and objectives.
Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, status updates, and presentations for management.
Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions, ensuring timely follow-up.
Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and follow up on assigned actions.
Maintain accurate project documentation, records, approvals, and correspondence.
Assist in monitoring project costs, resources, manpower, procurement, and contractual requirements.
Support change management by tracking variations, scope changes, and their potential impact on cost and schedule.
Ensure project activities comply with company policies, client requirements, applicable standards, and contractual obligations.
Identify potential delays or challenges and coordinate with relevant teams to implement appropriate solutions.
Support project close-out activities, including documentation, lessons learned, handover, and final reporting.
Perform any other project-related duties assigned by management.

Experience and Qualifications

0-1 years of experience in project management or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to support project planning, execution, and monitoring.
Proficiency in developing and maintaining project documentation.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia, offering an opportunity to work within a structured project management framework at JAL International Co. Ltd.
