About the Role

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager Engineering to join their team in the Eastern region. This is a full-time position with bottom-line responsibility for the financial and technical success of assigned projects. The role involves comprehensive project planning and execution for large-sized domestic and international projects, typically valued under $200 million in total installed cost.

Project Leadership and Oversight

The Project Manager will lead all phases of project development and delivery. This includes planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling projects in strict adherence to established company policies, procedures, systems, and requirements. The position requires a strong focus on client satisfaction and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and communication with clients, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Apply knowledge of the specific industry pertinent to the projects.
• Supervise project personnel through subordinate leaders.
• May also manage proposals for large domestic and international projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• An undergraduate degree in Engineering is required.
• A minimum of 15 years of related experience, with an average experience of 20 years, is expected.
• The role carries budgetary accountabilities.
