Role Overview

CodeNinja Inc. is seeking a Project Manager - IT Infrastructure Modernization Projects to lead strategic IT infrastructure transformation initiatives for a prominent Saudi banking client. This full-time role involves driving enterprise-scale change while ensuring business operations continue without disruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure transformation and modernization programs across data center, cloud, network, and workplace domains.
• Coordinate with architecture, infrastructure, security, network, and operations teams.
• Manage vendor implementation and enterprise migration plans.
• Ensure zero or minimal business disruption during transformation activities.
• Track budget, risks, resource capacity, and project milestones.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in project management, specifically within IT infrastructure modernization projects.
• Experience in areas such as data center modernization, cloud readiness, network transformation, workplace modernization, platform upgrades, server/storage refresh, and resilience improvements is essential.
