Project Manager

About the Role

Emerson is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Measurement Solutions & Systems (MSS) business. This full-time role is based in Saudi Arabia and focuses on leading the successful execution of complex customer projects across the Middle East & Africa region. The Project Manager will ensure that technical, commercial, and operational objectives are met for each project.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring technical, commercial, and operational objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Center of Excellence (COE) teams for successful project delivery.
• Review project contracts, costing, payment terms, and commercial requirements during project initiation.
• Serve as the primary customer interface for technical and commercial project matters.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, progress reporting, and risk mitigation activities.
• Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and schedule commitments are met.
• Review and approve technical documentation, specifications, datasheets, and project deliverables.
• Support customer inspections, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) activities, and commissioning requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Emerson's trade compliance and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and drive accountability.
• Proven capability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Experience collaborating with global teams and delivering successful outcomes in dynamic project environments.
