Regulatory Litigation Analyst

About the Role

stc is seeking a Regulatory Litigation Analyst to join its team. This full-time role involves supporting the company's representation in regulatory matters before judicial bodies, committees, and governmental authorities. The analyst will serve as a key point of contact for judicial support related to regulatory issues, assist in litigation processes, and ensure adherence to regulatory measures to protect the company's rights. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to provide essential support for stc's legal representation in cases concerning regulatory issues, whether these cases are initiated by or against the company. The analyst will ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with stc’s established business policies and procedures, contributing to the safeguarding of the company's legal interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide judicial support for regulatory matters, acting as a primary contact for regulatory litigation issues.
• Support the company's representation in regulatory cases before judicial bodies, committees, and governmental authorities.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory claims and lawsuits from or against the company across various regions, ensuring accurate representation.
• Contribute to discussions with key stakeholders by offering litigation perspectives on strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with relevant internal or external departments to monitor the execution of final judgments issued in regulatory lawsuits.
• Assist in developing internal procedures for managing judiciary interactions from a regulatory perspective within stc.
• Support the selection of outside counsel when necessary, focusing on cost-effective solutions for the litigation process.
• Study and evaluate regulatory lawsuits to be filed in favor of or against the company, providing recommendations and solutions.
• Ensure the implementation of necessary regulatory measures to protect stc’s rights in all legal matters.

Experience and Qualifications

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to support legal processes and regulatory compliance.
• Understanding of judicial bodies, committees, and governmental authorities.
