About the Role

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join its team in the Red Sea region. This full-time role involves providing administrative support to the Sales and Marketing department and facilitating various stages of the sales process. The position requires 0-1 years of experience and focuses on maintaining brand image and guest loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general office duties to support Sales and Marketing, including filing, emailing, transcribing, faxing, and photocopying.
Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process, such as proposals, contracts, or event banquet orders.
Promote brand image awareness both internally and externally.
Gather materials and assemble information packages, including brochures and promotional materials.
Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining current guest loyalty to Marriott.
Input, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information related to the sales process using relevant software.
Respond to guest inquiries regarding property facilities and services, such as activity schedules, room rates and types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, and special events.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, communicating via phone and email to address questions and requests.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensure a neat and professional appearance, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
Receive and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Communicate clearly and professionally, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, support the team in achieving common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
Relevant Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this role.
Licenses or Certifications: None specified.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, located in the Red Sea region. The role involves working closely with the Sales and Marketing team to support departmental objectives and guest satisfaction.
