Senior Project Manager (Sitewide Infrastructure)

About the Role

SNC-Lavalin Fayez Engineering is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Sitewide Infrastructure) to join their team. This full-time role involves providing support to direct reports, fostering teamwork, and delivering technical inputs to project teams to ensure client objectives are met. The position requires over 10 years of experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure successful project delivery within progress, quality, and cost budgetary constraints.
• Review and approve technical documents submitted by the Developer to the Client, verifying compliance with Project Specifications.
• Monitor project deliverables to meet agreed standards and satisfy stakeholder requirements at each project stage.
• Oversee overall project stakeholder relationships and adjust engagement strategies and plans.
• Develop and establish policies, procedures, and documentation for planning, developing, managing, executing, and controlling the project schedule, including monitoring tasks and workflows.
• Identify and document specific actions, including establishing milestones, required to produce project deliverables.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and documentation for planning, managing, expending, and controlling project costs.
• Identify and manage project issues through to resolution.
• Develop a robust change control system by setting a project baseline and identifying, reviewing, approving, and monitoring proposed changes to the project scope.
• Develop detailed specifications based on design guidelines provided to the developer.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Architecture from a recognized university.
• Professional qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
• 20+ years of post-qualification experience in Project Management and delivery of mega infrastructure projects in KSA.
• Demonstrated track record in infrastructure project delivery.
• Experience with PMC companies and large contractors.
• Significant experience supervising the construction of complex projects similar in size and nature to the company's projects.
