Solutions Consultant / Product Analytics & Growth (Mixpanel)

About the Role

Omtera is seeking a Solutions Consultant specializing in Product Analytics & Growth with Mixpanel expertise. This full-time role involves managing Mixpanel customers and opportunities across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, and Qatar. The position requires direct engagement with existing customers, prospects, Mixpanel teams, and Omtera’s internal teams to develop opportunities and deliver successful solutions. It operates at the intersection of customer challenges, technology, product strategy, and commercial execution, requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct solution consulting and discovery by meeting with customers to understand their product, customer journeys, business model, and growth objectives.
• Identify challenges across acquisition, activation, conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization, translating them into practical product analytics solutions.
• Design relevant Mixpanel use cases, recommend measurement frameworks, KPIs, event structures, and analytics approaches, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Lead Mixpanel product demonstrations, building demos around real customer use cases and explaining how Mixpanel addresses specific product and growth questions.
• Support technical discovery related to SDKs, event tracking, integrations, data architecture, and implementation, coordinating proof-of-concepts and trials.
• Manage opportunities from discovery through commercial discussion and closing, building proposals, understanding customer requirements, and presenting commercial options.
• Build strong relationships with existing Mixpanel customers, identifying adoption challenges, new use cases, and expansion opportunities, and supporting renewals.
• Contribute to GCC market development by building relationships with product, growth, digital, marketing, and data leaders, identifying new enterprise opportunities, and representing Omtera and Mixpanel at regional events.

Desired Outcomes

The successful candidate will enable customers to understand user behavior, build reliable product analytics practices, identify opportunities for improvement in activation, conversion, and retention, and make informed product and growth decisions. This includes supporting successful evaluation, adoption, and expansion of Mixpanel usage. Concurrently, the role will contribute to Omtera's objectives by developing new Mixpanel opportunities, fostering deeper customer relationships, growing Mixpanel adoption across the GCC, creating strong customer references, and building a scalable Product Analytics practice in the region.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking an individual who demonstrates strong ownership and can navigate diverse conversations, from product managers discussing activation measurement to data teams on event structures, CMOs on retention, and procurement teams on proposals. The ideal candidate enjoys connecting these various aspects and driving progress. While a software engineering background is not required, comfort with technical discussions involving product, analytics, and engineering teams, along with a curious mindset, is essential.

Experience and Work Environment

This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role involves some international travel across the GCC region to support market development and customer engagements.
