About the Role

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, *** is seeking a Storekeeper Saudi National to join our team in the Red Sea region. This full-time, entry-level position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 year of experience who are committed to maintaining efficient and organized inventory operations within a hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and stage merchandise by department, marking items appropriately for placement within the facility.
• Deliver merchandise to the correct departments and stack received goods on pallets or carts.
• Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies, promptly notifying management of low stock levels.
• Receive deliveries, ensure proper storage of perishables, and rotate stock to maintain freshness.
• Inspect deliveries and date items to verify freshness, cleanliness, consistency, and quality across all case lots.
• Refuse acceptance of any damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.

Operational Standards and Safety

• Adhere to all food safety and handling policies and procedures in food-related areas.
• Organize, clean, and sanitize all refrigerators, freezers, floors, food equipment, and drains.
• Remove empty pallets, cardboard, and trash, placing them in designated storage areas.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management and complete required safety training and certifications.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.

Physical Demands

• Ability to read and visually verify information in various formats, including small print.
• Capacity to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Navigate through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, as well as over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, stairs, and service ramps.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Experience: 0-1 year of related work experience; no supervisory experience required.
• Certification: No specific license or certification is required.
