Supervisor Spa

About the Role

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Supervisor Spa to join their team in the Red Sea region. This full-time role involves overseeing spa operations and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. The Supervisor Spa will play a key role in maintaining guest satisfaction and supporting the spa team.

Key Responsibilities

• Inform employees about hotel information, internal groups, and policy changes.
• Answer guest questions regarding available services, hotel information, and amenities.
• Confirm guest details and scheduled treatment types before services commence.
• Monitor and adhere to the daily scheduled timetable.
• Communicate last-minute schedule changes or additions to providers and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Promote and sell spa or beauty salon services and retail products.
• Order necessary products, supplies, or equipment.
• Inspect work areas, instruments, and equipment to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Notify Engineering of any spa or beauty salon maintenance and repair needs.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and coaching employees, serving as a role model.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the manager.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, maintain a neat and professional appearance, ensure confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
• Receive and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address their service needs, express genuine appreciation, and assist individuals with disabilities.
• Communicate professionally, prepare and review written documents accurately, and answer telephones using appropriate protocol.
• Cultivate positive working relationships and support the team in achieving common goals.
• Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards, and develop and implement corrective action plans for quality improvement.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
• Related Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years of related work experience is required.
• Supervisory Experience: No prior supervisory experience is required for this role.
• License or Certification: None specified.
