Agent At Your Service (Saudi Only)

About the Role

Sheraton is seeking an Agent-At Your Service to join their team. This full-time role involves managing guest requests and inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. The position is open to Saudi nationals only and requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer, record, and process guest requests, questions, and concerns via telephone, email, chat, and mobile devices.
• Operate the telephone switchboard, process wake-up call requests, and direct calls to appropriate extensions.
• Receive, record, and accurately relay messages.
• Log all guest requests or issues into the computer system and contact relevant departments (*, Bellperson, Housekeeping).
• Follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been resolved to their satisfaction.
• Provide information to guests regarding room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest.
• Process room service orders, answer menu selection questions, and record transactions in the point-of-sale system.
• Assist guests with internet access and in-room entertainment.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing service needs.
• Assist individuals with disabilities and express genuine appreciation to guests.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, using appropriate telephone etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to read and visually verify information in various formats.
• Capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
