About the Role

Marriott International is seeking an Agent-At Your Service to join their team in Medina. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on delivering comprehensive guest support and ensuring a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer, record, and process all guest requests, questions, or concerns through various communication channels including telephone, email, chat, and mobile devices.
• Operate the telephone switchboard, manage wake-up call requests, and direct calls to the appropriate extensions.
• Receive, record, and accurately relay messages to guests and staff.
• Log all guest requests and issues into the computer system, contacting relevant departments (*, Bellperson, Housekeeping) and following up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide guests with information regarding room features, property amenities, and local points of interest.
• Process room service orders, answer menu-related questions, and record transactions using the point-of-sale system.
• Assist guests with internet access and in-room entertainment systems.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintain a professional appearance, ensure confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, using appropriate telephone etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support team goals.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience is required (0-1 years experience).
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
• License or Certification: None.

Physical Demands

• Ability to read and visually verify information in various formats.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
