About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Agent At Your Service to join their team in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on providing comprehensive support to guests through various communication channels, ensuring their requests and concerns are addressed efficiently and to their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer, record, and process guest requests, questions, and concerns via telephone, email, chat, and mobile communication devices.
• Operate the telephone switchboard, process wake-up call requests, and direct calls to the appropriate extensions.
• Receive, record, and relay messages accurately and promptly.
• Log all guest requests or issues into the computer system and coordinate with relevant departments (*, Bellperson, Housekeeping).
• Follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been resolved to their satisfaction.
• Provide guests with information regarding room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest.
• Process room service orders, answer menu-related questions, and record transactions in the point-of-sale system.
• Assist guests with internet access and in-room entertainment systems.

Operational Standards and Guest Relations

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing service needs.
• Assist individuals with disabilities and express genuine appreciation to guests.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, using appropriate telephone etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support team goals.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to read and visually verify information in various formats.
• Capacity to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience required.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
• License or Certification: None.
