About the Role

Honeywell Technologies is seeking an Application/Sys Sales Engineer I to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is specifically open to fresh graduates who are Saudi Nationals only, with 0-1 years of professional experience.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Application/Sys Sales Engineer I will function as a Sales Support Specialist, contributing to the customer experience strategy and driving initiatives focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. A key aspect of this role involves providing technical support to customers, which is essential for optimizing customer experience programs and fostering business growth. The position aims to contribute to improved customer satisfaction, increased revenue, enhanced cross-functional collaboration, and the development of a customer-centric culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Design Support

• Interpret client requirements, building codes, and relevant fire safety standards to develop compliant, cost-effective, and robust Fire, Security, or BMS solutions.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors throughout the design and project lifecycle to ensure alignment, technical accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Prepare detailed system architecture and bill of materials for Fire, Security, or BMS systems, including complimentary systems.
• Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and client requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals for bids and tenders.
• Understand the competitive landscape and local industry practices for assigned systems and regions.

Key Responsibilities: Application Engineering

• Conduct product demonstrations, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), presentations, and technical consultations.
• Obtain vendor quotations and evaluate technical and commercial compliance.
• Support project managers and installation teams by providing engineering input during procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Contribute to product enhancements and new product developments to improve product specifications and quality.
• Conduct technical reviews, design risk assessments, and site visits to resolve technical queries and verify installation quality as per design intent.
• Develop and implement customer-centric programs to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-focused initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
