About the Role

Honeywell Technologies is seeking an Application/Sys Sales Engineer I to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is specifically for fresh graduates who are Saudi Nationals only, with 0-1 years of professional experience. As a CX (Sales Support Specialist), you will contribute to shaping the customer experience strategy and driving initiatives focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Role Purpose and Objectives

This role is crucial for supporting technical requests from customers, optimizing customer experience programs, and driving business growth. The primary objectives include improving customer satisfaction, increasing revenue, fostering stronger cross-functional collaboration, and cultivating a customer-centric culture, all contributing to the long-term success and growth of the organization.

Design Support Responsibilities

• Interpret client requirements, building codes, and relevant fire safety standards to develop compliant, cost-effective, and robust Fire, Security, or Building Management System (BMS) solutions.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors throughout the design and project lifecycle to ensure alignment, technical accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Prepare detailed system architecture and bill of materials for Fire, Security, or BMS systems, including complimentary systems.
• Review project specifications, drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and client requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals for bids and tenders.
• Understand the competitive landscape and local industry practices for assigned systems and regions.

Application Engineering Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), presentations, and technical consultations.
• Obtain vendor quotations and evaluate technical and commercial compliance.
• Support project managers and installation teams by providing engineering input during procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Develop products with enhancements and new product developments to increase product specifications and quality.
• Conduct technical reviews, design risk assessments, and site visits to resolve technical queries and verify installation quality as per design intent.
• Develop and implement customer-centric programs to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-focused initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, or a related field).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design/drafting tools.
• Strong knowledge or familiarity with international standards such as NFPA, FM, UL, EN, IEC, and ATEX, as applicable.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
