About the Role

Honeywell Technologies is seeking an Application/Sys Sales Engineer I, a fresh graduate Saudi National, to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. The successful candidate will contribute to shaping the customer experience strategy and driving initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by supporting technical requests.

Role Purpose and Impact

As a CX (Sales Support Specialist), this role focuses on optimizing customer experience programs and driving business growth. The position aims to improve customer satisfaction, increase revenue, foster stronger cross-functional collaboration, and cultivate a customer-centric culture, all contributing to the organization's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Design Support:

• Interpret client requirements, building codes, and relevant fire safety standards to develop compliant, cost-effective, and robust Fire, Security, or BMS solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors throughout the design and project lifecycle to ensure alignment, technical accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Prepare detailed system architecture and bill of materials for Fire, Security, or BMS systems, including complimentary systems.
• Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and client requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals for bids and tenders.
• Understand the competitive landscape and local industry practices for assigned systems and regions.

Application Engineering:

• Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), presentations, and technical consultations.
• Obtain vendor quotations and evaluate technical and commercial compliance.
• Support project managers and installation teams by providing engineering input during procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Develop products with enhancements and new product developments to increase product specifications and quality.
• Conduct technical reviews, design risk assessments, and site visits to resolve technical queries and verify installation quality as per design intent.
• Develop and implement customer-centric programs to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-focused initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Fresh graduate Saudi Nationals only.
