Role Overview

The Assistant Chief Butler supports the daily leadership of the Butler department at Rosewood Red Sea in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting, coaching, and leading the Butler team to ensure exceptional guest experiences. The Assistant Chief Butler partners with the Chief Butler to maintain operational excellence and uphold luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation and leadership of the Butler team, ensuring high service standards at all guest touchpoints.
• Build guest relationships through personalized and anticipatory service throughout each stay.
• Conduct suite and villa inspections to ensure guest preferences, amenities, and quality standards are met.
• Lead daily briefings and support training initiatives to develop team capabilities and reinforce service excellence.
• Coordinate with operational departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Engineering, Transportation, and Concierge to ensure seamless execution of guest requests and bespoke experiences.
• Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction, proactively addressing opportunities to enhance the guest experience.

Team Collaboration

As part of the Front Services team, the Assistant Chief Butler reports directly to the Chief Butler. The role requires close collaboration with various operational departments to deliver personalized luxury experiences to guests.
