The Head Of Butler Role

Adani Airport Holdings is seeking a Head Of Butler to lead and manage premium passenger concierge and butler services. This full-time, on-site role is located at the New International Airport in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The Head Of Butler will oversee a dedicated team, set high service standards, and ensure that VIP and high-value passengers receive personalized, high-touch assistance throughout their airport experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise meet-and-greet services for premium passengers.
• Coordinate baggage handling and escorting services efficiently.
• Manage lounge and hospitality arrangements to ensure a seamless experience.
• Resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
• Train and mentor staff, fostering a culture of service excellence.
• Monitor performance metrics to assess and continuously improve service quality.
• Continuously enhance service protocols to align with Adani Airports’ luxury and customer experience vision.

Operational Collaboration

A key aspect of this role involves active collaboration with various airport stakeholders. The Head Of Butler will work closely with airport operations, security, airlines, and hospitality partners to deliver seamless, discreet, and efficient service for all premium passengers.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience of 0-1 years in a relevant service-oriented leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of premium customer service and hospitality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position based at the New International Airport in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic airport environment, focused on delivering high-quality, personalized service to premium passengers.
