Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the Role

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Hilton, you will contribute to the daily operations of one of the hotel's dining outlets. This full-time role focuses on delivering memorable guest experiences and supporting the overall hospitality standards of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with managing daily outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and policy enforcement.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to monitor service and product quality, address guest feedback, resolve issues, and support improvements to the dining experience.
• Supervise and support team members, provide coaching, assist with performance evaluations, and contribute to professional development initiatives under the Manager’s guidance.
• Help implement marketing strategies, up-selling techniques, and promotions to boost food and beverage sales.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members to uphold service standards and operational excellence.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring high standards for guest and team member wellbeing.
