About the Attendant Housekeeping Role

Purpose of the Role

The primary purpose of this role is to create an impeccable and comfortable sanctuary for our guests, whether for a single night or an extended stay. By ensuring every detail, from crisp linens to sparkling surfaces, is perfect, the Attendant Housekeeping plays a vital part in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities

• Replenish room amenities and supplies as needed.
• Make beds and fold linens to established standards.
• Empty wastebaskets, remove soiled linens, and clear room service items.
• Greet guests courteously and log any requests they may have.
• Organize office supplies and arrange furniture and appliances within guest rooms.
• Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furniture.
• Vacuum carpets and clean floors thoroughly.

Qualifications and Physical Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of related experience and demonstrate the following attributes:

• A warm and people-oriented attitude.
• Strong ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail in all tasks.

This position requires the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs (11 kg).
