About the Role

EDITION is seeking a Bartender to join its team. This full-time role focuses on providing a memorable and unique guest experience through attentive service and professional interaction. The Bartender is responsible for ensuring guests enjoy their meal and overall visit by managing various service aspects.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting tables and preparing dining areas for guests.
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff regarding orders and guest requests.
• Interacting with and serving guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Cleaning work areas, equipment, and supplies to maintain hygiene standards.
• Ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the guest experience.

Workplace Standards and Physical Requirements

All team members are expected to maintain a safe workplace, adhere to company policies and procedures, and uphold quality standards. Professional appearance, uniform, and communication are essential. The role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and moving over various surfaces. Bartenders must be able to read and visually verify information, and handle objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and 50 pounds with assistance. This includes reaching overhead, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to take initiative and deliver a range of guest services.
• Demonstrated ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Commitment to upholding quality standards and professional presentation.
