This full-time Bartender position is located in Al Khobar, Eastern region, and reports directly to the Beverage Manager.

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Bartender to manage the bar operations at Le Café LPM. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting beverages, maintaining a welcoming environment, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This role involves both morning shifts, including coffee and tea service, and regular bar duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the bar area efficiently.
• Prepare drinks with precision and speed, adhering to established quality standards.
• Provide coffee and tea service during morning shifts.
• Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for all guests.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and compliant bar area at all times.
• Engage with guests, offer recommendations, and ensure their orders meet expectations.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with floor and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Support other departments as needed to meet business requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar bartending role.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, coffee, and tea preparation.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards during peak service times.
• Excellent guest interaction and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving role responsibilities and business needs.
