About the Role

St. Regis is seeking a Bartender to join their team. This full-time position focuses on providing comprehensive support to ensure smooth food and beverage operations, contributing to a memorable guest experience beyond standard service.

Key Responsibilities

Set tables according to established standards.
Assist kitchen staff as needed to maintain operational flow.
Clean work areas to ensure hygiene and safety standards are met.
Replenish supplies to ensure continuous service.
Provide support that enhances the guest experience during transactions.
Contribute to maintaining a safe workplace environment.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Uphold quality standards in all aspects of service.
Ensure professional appearance, uniform, and communication at all times.
Manage menu information, including reading and visual verification.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Capability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education: High school diploma or * equivalent is required.
Experience: No related work experience is required, though previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred. No supervisory experience is necessary.
License/Certification: No specific license or certification is required for this role.
