Due to expansion in the key growth market of Saudi Arabia, Havelock One Interiors is seeking experienced leaders to advance its business.

Role Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with new clients and enhancing existing client relationships to support their future development strategies. This role involves strategically presenting Havelock One Interiors' capabilities to partner in future developmental projects. The manager will establish a robust network with designers and consultants to build a pipeline of new business, focusing on commercial office fit-out opportunities across all sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect for potential new clients to increase business, including marketing strategy, new market investigation, and overseeing marketing and account strategy.
• Research and build relationships with new clients and identify new projects in selective sectors.
• Utilize internal and external tools to compile a project opportunity pipeline and establish action plans for each opportunity based on agreed targets with management.
• Plan and collaborate with the projects team to develop proposals that address client needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Set up meetings between client decision-makers and company Directors/Principals.
• Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and resolving differences to achieve positive conclusions.
• Build and enhance new client relationships.
• Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback on market and creative trends.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of relevant experience in business development.
• Thorough knowledge of the market, company solutions/services, and competitive advantages.
• Demonstrated ability in strategic planning for future development and establishing relationship networks.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work on projects across Saudi Arabia.

Work Environment and Culture

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, though work will involve projects across the country.
