The Call Center Coordinator Internship

Dr Sulaiman AlHabib Medical Centers is offering an internship opportunity for a Call Center Coordinator. This role is designed for individuals with 0-1 year of experience who are seeking to develop their skills within a dynamic healthcare call center environment. The Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and providing essential support to the call center team, ensuring efficient communication and service delivery.

Core Customer Service Responsibilities

• Make inbound as well as outbound calls to customers.
• Receive customer complaints and raise them to the concerned department.
• Enrich customer experience with compassion, respect, and dignity.

Operational Support and Professional Development

• Remain aware and knowledgeable of promotional programs, competitive products, and merchandising marketing practices.
• Attend product training sessions, and learn product details and key selling points of products and technologies.
• Cover other staff if there is a shortage of staff in a particular section due to a huge number of calls.
• Adhere to HMG policy and procedures.
• Support the supervisor in administrative tasks.
• Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.
• Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of her/his knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• High School or Diploma holder; preferably having a Bachelor’s Degree.
• One year of experience in the same field.
