The Opportunity: Senior Engineering Manager (Manufacturing)

Almarai is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager (Manufacturing) to lead engineering and maintenance operations within its manufacturing facilities. This full-time role is critical for ensuring maximum plant availability through the implementation of best-in-class preventive maintenance systems, effective asset management, engineering compliance, and the development of a high-performing multi-skilled engineering workforce. The position offers an opportunity to join a multinational team dedicated to supporting the group's growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and maintenance operations to maximize plant availability.
• Drive preventive maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement programs.
• Manage engineering projects, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Quality standards.
• Develop and lead a high-performing engineering team.
• Oversee utilities, automation, and critical plant systems.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in engineering management within a manufacturing environment.
