The Opportunity: Senior Engineering Manager (Manufacturing)

Almarai is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager (Manufacturing) to lead engineering and maintenance operations within its manufacturing facilities. This full-time role is central to ensuring maximum plant availability through the implementation of best-in-class preventive maintenance systems, effective asset management, and adherence to engineering compliance standards. The position also focuses on developing a high-performing, multi-skilled engineering workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and maintenance operations to maximize plant availability.
• Drive preventive maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement programs.
• Manage engineering projects, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Quality standards.
• Develop and lead a high-performing engineering team.
• Oversee utilities, automation, and critical plant systems.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in engineering management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing preventive maintenance systems and asset management strategies.
• Proven ability to manage engineering projects and budgets effectively.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and Quality compliance in manufacturing.
• Experience in leading and developing multi-skilled engineering teams.
