Challenger Fleet Captain

About the Role

Draken is seeking a Challenger Fleet Captain to lead flight operations for an international program in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading a fleet, influencing operational standards, and mentoring pilots, while representing Draken to customers and senior stakeholders. The Fleet Captain will be the senior pilot within the Challenger 604 fleet, responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and effective operations, and setting professional standards for the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the safe delivery of Challenger 604 operations.
• Act as a Captain and Instructor Pilot, maintaining high standards of airmanship and professionalism.
• Drive operational excellence, safety performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion a strong reporting culture and contribute to the Safety Management System through fleet safety activities and risk management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of pilots, focusing on training, succession planning, and professional development.
• Act as the fleet Subject Matter Expert, supporting program delivery, technical enhancements, and future opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers and key stakeholders, representing Draken operationally and professionally.
