The Commi Role

The Commi Chef is an essential member of the culinary team, primarily responsible for supporting kitchen functions and maintaining high standards of food preparation. This full-time position focuses on contributing to an excellent and consistent level of service to customers through diligent execution of culinary tasks and adherence to established protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a consistent, high-quality food product in accordance with recipes and culinary standards.
• Ensure courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service delivery within the kitchen environment.
• Support the outlet’s operating concept and strictly adhere to all Hyatt International culinary and hygiene standards.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Commi position should possess 0-1 years of experience in a professional kitchen or a similar culinary environment. This role is suitable for individuals who are at the initial stages of their culinary career and are eager to develop their skills within a structured and supportive setting.
