About the Role

Moyasar Financial Company is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join its Compliance team. As a financial company operating in the payments sector and regulated by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), compliance is integral to Moyasar's operations. This full-time role involves ensuring the company's business, payment services, internal processes, and controls align with SAMA requirements and other applicable regulations.

Role Purpose

The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the company's compliance program. This includes ensuring that Moyasar operates in line with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, thereby supporting the company's commitment to regulatory adherence within the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Support compliance policies, procedures, and controls in line with SAMA requirements.
• Monitor regulatory updates and assess their impact on the business.
• Conduct compliance reviews, monitoring, and testing activities.
• Support the preparation of regulatory reports, filings, and submissions.
• Collaborate with various teams across the company to ensure regulatory requirements are applied to payment operations and business processes.
• Maintain comprehensive compliance records and documentation.
• Assist with regulatory inspections, audits, and information requests.
• Support compliance investigations and the implementation of corrective actions.
• Assist in developing and delivering compliance training and awareness programs across the company.
