About the Role

Nesma & Partners is seeking a Construction Manager to join their team in the Eastern region. This full-time role requires an experienced professional to oversee all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery and compliance.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive project management, focusing on the planning and organization of all tasks related to assigned construction projects. This position involves acting as a primary point of contact for project-related issues and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee construction projects from the initial construction phase through to completion.
Coordinate logistics cross-functionally with various vendors and internal teams.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies.
Prepare and track status reports, providing regular updates on project progress.
Serve as the main point of contact for project issues, resolving challenges as they arise.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in construction management is required for this role.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex construction projects effectively.
