Eram Talent is seeking a Crane & Heavy Equipment Operations Training Specialist for a full-time position in Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for delivering comprehensive theoretical and practical training in mobile crane and heavy equipment operations. The specialist will ensure that trainees acquire the necessary technical skills, operational competency, and safety awareness required for these roles.

Role Overview

The primary objective of this position is to develop skilled and safe operators through structured training programs. The specialist will guide trainees through various operational aspects, emphasizing adherence to safety standards and efficient equipment handling. This involves both classroom instruction and hands-on demonstrations to build practical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and theoretical training sessions focused on crane and heavy equipment operations.
• Demonstrate safe operating procedures, thorough equipment inspections, and effective lifting techniques.
• Assess trainees' practical skills and provide constructive performance feedback to support their development.
• Ensure all training activities and operational practices comply with applicable safety standards and established operating procedures.
• Maintain and update training materials, assessment records, and detailed trainee progress reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: A Diploma in Crane Operation, Crane Technology, or a related specialty is required. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical/Trade/Vocational Studies is preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 4 years of field experience as a mobile crane operator is essential. The role requires 4-5 years of overall experience in a relevant capacity.
