Role Overview

The Culture and Engagement Trainee will work closely with the HR team to support various initiatives aimed at strengthening employee engagement, enhancing the employee experience, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Activities

• Learn culture and employee engagement programs aligned with SPPC's strategy to enhance satisfaction, motivation, and overall performance.
• Assist functional heads in identifying cultural performance gaps and implementing targeted communication and socialization initiatives to address these issues.
• Learn to prepare progress reports and performance analyses, understand areas for improvement, and propose actionable solutions.
• Learn to foster a culture of positivity, equality, and inclusivity through change management strategies and initiatives to retain diverse talent and improve employee retention and experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience.
• Motivated and detail-oriented individual.
• Interest in developing practical skills in Culture, Employee Engagement, and Employee Experience.
