About the Internship

Saudi Power Procurement Company (SPPC) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Culture and Engagement Trainee to join its HR team in Riyadh. This internship, offered through the Tamheer Program, provides practical experience in supporting employee engagement, workplace culture, and employee experience initiatives. The role contributes to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment within the company.

Role Overview

This opportunity is designed for individuals seeking to develop practical skills and build a foundation for a career in Culture, Employee Engagement, and Employee Experience. The trainee will work closely with the HR team to support initiatives aimed at strengthening employee engagement, enhancing the employee experience, and cultivating a positive workplace culture.

Key Duties and Tasks

• Learn culture and employee engagement programs aligned with SPPC's strategy to enhance satisfaction, motivation, and overall performance.
• Assist functional heads in identifying cultural performance gaps and implementing targeted communication and socialization initiatives to address these issues.
• Learn to prepare progress reports and performance analyses, understanding areas for improvement and actionable solutions.
• Learn to foster a culture of positivity, equality, and inclusivity through change management strategies and initiatives to retain diverse talent and improve employee retention and experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience.
• Motivated and detail-oriented individual.
• Interest in Human Resources, specifically in culture, employee engagement, and employee experience.
