Document Controller

About the Role

Baraka Investment is seeking a Document Controller to establish and maintain comprehensive document control systems. This full-time role involves managing project documentation and ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, registration, distribution, and tracking of all project documents and correspondence.
• Ensure proper version control, document classification, and archiving to maintain accuracy and traceability.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
• Monitor document status and follow up on pending submissions, approvals, and updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project document control standards.
• Prepare regular reports on document status, submissions, and approvals for management review.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all project documentation.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience in document control or a related field.
