Role Overview

The Engineering Technical Trainer will play a crucial role in developing and delivering comprehensive theoretical and practical training programs. This position focuses on equipping trainees with essential technical skills, ensuring they meet industry standards and are proficient in relevant engineering applications and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical and practical training across various engineering and technical disciplines.
• Develop training materials, lesson plans, presentations, and practical exercises.
• Provide hands-on training on engineering drawings, drafting techniques, and technical applications.
• Demonstrate the use of relevant engineering software, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct practical and theoretical assessments to evaluate trainees’ technical skills.
• Monitor trainees’ performance and provide technical guidance and constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate training records and prepare progress and performance reports.
• Ensure training delivery aligns with required technical standards and industry practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience
