About the Role

Saudi Entertainment Ventures | SEVEN is seeking a Finance Manager Operations to join its team in Medina, Al Madinah. This full-time position involves serving as an embedded finance business partner, providing financial leadership and strategic insights to venue management teams across entertainment destinations.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Finance Manager Operations will be instrumental in driving profitability and cost optimization within the operational framework. This role requires a proactive approach to financial management, ensuring robust decision support and strategic guidance to achieve business objectives at the venue level.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage venue P&L performance by overseeing financial results for assigned destinations, analyzing revenue streams (tickets, F&B, retail, attractions), monitoring operating costs, and implementing actions to meet EBITDA and profitability targets.
• Provide financial business partnering by advising venue and operations managers, participating in operational planning, translating financial data into actionable insights, and influencing decisions early in the process.
• Analyze operational metrics, tracking key performance indicators such as per capita spend, attendance versus forecast, revenue per visitor, labor cost ratios, and F&B margins, and recommending improvements for optimal performance.
• Support budgeting and forecasting through collaboration with venue managers to develop accurate financial plans, incorporating seasonality, event calendars, and operational capacity, alongside providing variance analysis and corrective recommendations.
• Drive cost optimization by identifying opportunities to reduce operating costs without compromising guest experience, analyzing labor scheduling efficiency, monitoring vendor costs, and implementing cost control initiatives with operations leadership.
• Ensure financial controls by overseeing cash handling procedures, monitoring inventory management and shrinkage, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and supporting internal and external audits of operational areas.
• Develop and lead the operations finance team by setting objectives for analysts, providing coaching and mentorship, and fostering a high-performing team that delivers value to the business.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably within an operations-focused role.
• Demonstrated ability to provide financial leadership and strategic decision support.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Experience in team leadership and development.

This is a full-time position based in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working closely with venue and operations management teams in a dynamic entertainment environment.
