About the Fire Alarm Systems Engineer Role

KEO International Consultants is seeking Fire Alarm Systems Engineers to join its full-time team. This role involves applying engineering expertise to various projects, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and industry standards. The position requires coordination with multidisciplinary teams and a strong understanding of engineering principles within a project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Applying engineering knowledge to design, supervision, or project delivery in relevant disciplines.
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, clients, and specialist consultants.
• Ensuring compliance with engineering drawings, technical specifications, construction methods, and applicable codes and standards.
• Utilizing engineering software and digital tools relevant to the discipline.
• Contributing to quality assurance and control procedures, technical reporting, and construction documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline from a recognized university. A master's degree or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage for selected senior positions.
• Relevant professional experience in engineering consultancy, construction supervision, design, infrastructure, or large-scale building projects.
• Demonstrated experience appropriate to the advertised role and level of responsibility.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, technical specifications, construction methods, and applicable codes and standards.
• Familiarity with engineering software and digital tools relevant to the discipline, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, ETABS, SAP2000, or other discipline-specific applications, as applicable.
• Knowledge of quality assurance and control procedures, technical reporting, and construction documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a project-based environment and meet demanding project schedules.
