About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee operations for dining outlets in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing daily food and beverage services to ensure quality, maximize profitability, and enhance guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets, ensuring high quality, service, and effective marketing strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Support the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies by monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements.
Oversee administrative and planning functions of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring smooth daily operations and implementing cost controls for food, beverage, and labor expenses.
Support the delivery of exceptional food and beverage quality, service, and marketing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, drive revenue, and maximize profitability.
Supervise, coach, and mentor team members, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in food and beverage management.
