Edition is seeking a Guest Arrival Expert to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is central to ensuring guests receive a memorable experience from the moment they arrive until their departure, contributing to a unique and lasting impression.

The Guest Arrival Expert plays a critical part in shaping the overall guest stay. This position focuses on delivering exceptional service and support, ensuring every interaction is positive and contributes to a seamless and enjoyable visit for all guests, from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide guests effectively upon their arrival and departure.
• Perform necessary operational tasks to support guest services.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
• Produce required reports accurately.
• Share information on local points of interest with guests.
• Ensure all guest transactions are integrated seamlessly into their overall experience.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe workplace environment.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding guest and company information.
• Protect company assets diligently.
• Uphold established quality standards in all duties.
• Demonstrate professionalism in uniform, appearance, and communication style.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity and mobility to effectively perform duties. Candidates must be able to:

• Stand, sit, or move around the work environment for extended periods.
• Adopt a hands-on approach, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 23 kg unassisted, and over 34 kg with assistance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or an equivalent certificate from a General Educational Development (GED) program.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience is required for this position.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
• License or Certification: None.
