Role Overview and Purpose

The Guest Arrival Expert takes initiative to provide a variety of services that guide guests through their arrival and departure processes. This role ensures that all interactions contribute to a welcoming and efficient experience, making transactional elements feel integrated into the overall guest journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Process operational needs and fulfill guest requests.
• Complete reports and necessary documentation.
• Share local area highlights and information with guests.
• Maintain a safe and secure workspace.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Preserve confidentiality of guest and company information.
• Protect company assets.
• Ensure personal appearance, uniform, and communications are professional.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Qualifications and Physical Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 23 kg unassisted.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects over 34 kg with assistance.
