About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Medina, Al Madinah. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable experiences for guests beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The Guest Experience Expert takes initiative to offer a range of services that guide guests throughout their stay, ensuring transactions are integrated into the overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively offer a wide range of services to guests throughout their stay.
• Handle operational needs and respond to guest requests efficiently.
• Prepare necessary reports as required.
• Share information on local points of interest with guests.
• Ensure all transactions contribute positively to the guest experience.

This includes creating a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, and protecting company assets. Professionalism in uniform, personal appearance, and communications is required. Quality standards must be consistently met.

Physical Requirements

The Guest Experience Expert role requires physical activity. This includes standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. The role also involves moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds ( kg) without assistance. All assigned tasks must be performed accurately to ensure guest satisfaction and business continuity.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Work Experience: No related work experience is required (0-1 years).
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
