The Role: Guest Relations Supervisor

Rosewood Red Sea is seeking a Guest Relations Supervisor to join its Front Services team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position reports to the Guest Relations Manager and plays a key part in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role supports the daily operation of the Guest Relations function, ensuring every guest receives a seamless and personalized experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day operation of the Guest Relations team, ensuring personalized and memorable guest experiences.
Welcome and engage with VIPs, repeat guests, long-stay guests, and special attention guests, ensuring all arrangements are flawlessly executed.
Act as a visible and approachable presence in the lobby, anticipating guest needs and resolving concerns with professionalism and care.
Coordinate closely with Front Desk, Concierge, Butler Services, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Monitor guest feedback, support service recovery efforts, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure guest preferences, profiles, special occasions, and requests are accurately captured and communicated to relevant teams.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Guest Relations Supervisor position should demonstrate a background in luxury hospitality. Essential experience includes:

Experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Concierge, Butler Services, or a similar luxury hospitality environment.
