About the Role

كيلوج براون اند روت is seeking a Helper to join their team. This full-time role involves supporting various operational activities and projects, working under the direct supervision of a Foreman or General Foreman. The position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, with skills typically acquired through on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting instructions and procedures to ensure tasks are completed accurately.
• Moving materials and equipment to designated work locations and setting up the work site as required.
• Preparing construction sites, including pouring and spreading concrete, setting forms, and finishing surfaces.
• Participating in routine and turnaround plant maintenance projects and related activities.
• Supporting plant production activities, specifically in the receiving and shipping of materials and products.
• Completing necessary records, maintaining tools and equipment in good condition, and performing various clean-up and housekeeping tasks.
• Observing and following all safety rules and procedures, including consistently wearing required personal safety equipment.
• Performing other duties and activities as directed by the supervisor.
