About the Role

Crown Holdings is seeking a Back End Operator to join their team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of back-end machinery, contributing directly to the production of high-quality products. The role is based in the Makkah region, covering cities such as Jeddah and Makkah.

Role Overview

The Back End Operator is responsible for the operational integrity and output quality of back-end production equipment. This involves hands-on machinery operation, quality control, and routine maintenance to uphold production standards and safety protocols within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor back-end production machinery, including can fillers, seamers, and palletizers, in adherence to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to identify and address any defects or non-conformities.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain optimal production speeds and product quality.
• Load and unload materials and products from machinery, ensuring proper material handling and storage.
• Complete production logs and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the consistent use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience required: 0-1 years in a relevant operational role.
• Ability to operate and monitor industrial machinery.
• Strong attention to detail for quality control.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
