Hotel Sales Officer

About the Role

Hafawah Hotels & Resort is seeking a Hotel Sales Officer to join their team in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on executing sales plans to achieve revenue goals and build client relationships within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute sales plans and strategies to achieve targeted sales and revenue goals.
• Acquire new clients, retain existing clients, and build long-term professional relationships.
• Promote the hotel’s rooms, facilities, services, packages, and available offers.
• Target corporate clients, government entities, travel agencies, tourism companies, and individual customers.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate with clients in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Follow up on potential clients and convert sales opportunities into confirmed bookings and contracts.
• Conduct field visits to targeted clients, companies, and organizations.
• Follow up on commercial contracts and agreements and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, and Operations departments to ensure clients’ requirements are handled efficiently.
• Monitor competitors, market rates, and promotional offers, and provide relevant recommendations to management.
• Prepare regular sales reports covering sales activities, clients, field visits, and sales opportunities.
• Achieve assigned KPIs and sales targets set by management.
• Comply with hotel policies, procedures, and instructions from the direct manager.

Experience and Work Type

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience in hotel sales. This is a full-time position based in Medina.

This role is located in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia.
