HR Specialist

About the Role

مصنع الردادي للمقاولات is seeking an HR Specialist to independently manage all human resources and employee affairs within the factory. This full-time position is based in Medina and requires 4 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The HR Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and maintaining efficient, confidential employee data management. This role demands a proactive individual capable of handling HR functions autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and hiring processes.
• Administer employment contracts and maintain comprehensive employee files.
• Prepare and review salaries, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Track employee attendance, leave, and overtime.
• Manage relevant governmental platforms and ensure compliance.
• Monitor social insurance, wage protection, medical insurance, and recruitment requirements.
• Oversee residency and work permits for non-Saudi employees.
• Prepare official letters, warnings, penalties, and termination procedures.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and its executive regulations.
• Prepare periodic HR reports for management.
• Organize and maintain employee data with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet the factory's staffing needs.
• Take full responsibility for managing HR operations efficiently and independently.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage HR and employee affairs independently.
• Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in managing governmental platforms related to HR.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based at the factory in Medina. The role requires an individual who can operate effectively and autonomously within a dynamic industrial setting.
