InnovationTeam is a technology solutions provider that delivers customized solutions to clients. We are seeking an IBM Confluence Kafka Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role involves working with advanced technologies to develop and implement integration solutions.

Role Overview

The IBM Confluence Kafka Engineer will be responsible for developing integrations using IBM DataPower technology. This position requires close collaboration with clients to understand their needs and with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. The role focuses on designing, optimizing, and maintaining integration solutions, including complex data transformations and message processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop integrations utilizing IBM DataPower integration technology.
• Collaborate with clients to define requirements and objectives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of integration solutions.
• Identify and resolve issues or bugs within integration solutions.
• Stay informed on the latest IBM integration technologies and best practices.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain XSLT transformations for complex XML/JSON data conversions and validations.
• Design and implement Gateway Script logic for message routing, transformation, and processing within IBM DataPower.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing integrations, with at least 2 years specifically in designing and developing integrations using IBM DataPower integration technologies.
• Experience in developing integrations using IBM DataPower integration technologies.
• Strong experience with various data formats and transformation techniques, including XSLT and/or GatewayScript.
• Experience with IBM DataPower products infrastructure design, setup, configurations, and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of API design standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Experience in developing multiple services based on different standards for SOAP/REST, web services, data integration techniques, and messaging.
