The Role of Water Sport Instructor

The Water Sport Instructor is a full-time, site-based position responsible for the safe and professional delivery of water sports activities. This role ensures guests receive high-quality instruction, guidance, and supervision across various water-based activities, while maintaining safety standards and operational discipline. The instructor contributes to guest experiences within a luxury marine tourism environment and supports daily operations and equipment readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver water sports activities and instruction in a safe and professional manner.
• Provide clear briefings and demonstrations to guests before all activities.
• Supervise guests during water-based activities to ensure safety and enjoyment.
• Support the Water Sports / Dive Center Manager with daily operational requirements.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold luxury hospitality standards.
• Assist with equipment setup, breakdown, and general operational readiness.

Operational Support and Requirements

• Assist in the setup and operational readiness of water sports facilities, equipment, and activity areas.
• Support cross-functional teams during the delivery phase to ensure operational standards and safety requirements are met.
• Contribute to the familiarization of activity locations, equipment, and safety procedures.
