About the Role

Alinma is seeking a Junior Retail Sales Representative for a full-time position in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service and effectively promoting products.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulations.
• Provide timely follow-up with potential and existing customers.
• Gather and report customer feedback to support product and service improvements.
